i am having trouble getting it to work. it says that it is using a missing file or something.

Thanks for sharing this but you actually posted the wrong file. The .AZP file is the one which contains the new head and the information to attach it to the body, what you posted was just a .u3d file that references it...

Delete the bitmap with the same name as the AZP file and re-run FrameForge. It should recreate it with just the head.
