Strange bug with Elevate button
#1
Hi,
In the Object Controls panel, the Elevate button doesn't work for me. I am using Frameforge Storyboard Studio Pro v4.05 on Windows 10. I do have a director's pad controller but this problem occurs whether it's plugged in or not.

When I click the middle button to input an elevate value, whatever the elevate value (height) was before has doubled or more in value; shown in the input box and also the selected object in the view port jumps up to being twice as high.

I've tried to overwrite the value in the input box and apply, but this causes the object to rise higher again, and the value I've input is ignored.

Anyone experience this? How do I solve this issue.

Thanks,
Jules

Hi Jules,
What kind of object causes the problem? Is it a native Frame Forge 0bject? Mostly imported Object only have problems to be scaled or elevated. To be sure try your manipulations with the FrameForge prop "cube".
Imported props cause problems because of their position in the 3D space. They often are not positioned at the absolute zero point of the xyz axis.
