Over here it says that "...if you choose the Premium Option when you purchase any FrameForge Edition, you will receive all of the seven expansion packs listed below."

Do previous buyers of a Premium edition receive newly released expansion packs as part of their original purchase?

Btw, that page says 'all of the seven below', but there are eight shown on the page.

You're right, that should be clarified... the last one on the page, the 19th Century Prop Pack, is not included in the Premium Pack.
