So I'm at the stage where I need to figure out real numbers for OTC crypto trading software development, and it's honestly harder than expected. Every vendor I talk to gives a different range depending on whether it's a basic MVP or a full platform with liquidity pools, multi-currency support, and compliance tools built in. I don't want to overpay for stuff I don't need, but I also don't want to cut corners on security. If you've built or launched an OTC platform, what was your actual budget breakdown like dev cost, ongoing maintenance, third-party integrations? Would really appreciate some honest numbers.
