You'll need to contact our sales department by phone or e-mail (877.322.7733, <!-- e --><a href="mailto
ales@frameforge.com">sales@frameforge.com</a><!-- e -->). I'm not sure exactly what information they need in order to verify that you bought the packs. They've gone home for the day, but I'm sure they will be happy to help you tomorrow.

To re-download your packs, log in to your account, go to your purchase/download history, and you should see an option to re-download them. If not, try contacting support for help.
