Yes.
First, download the following three files:
https://files.frameforge.com/install/FaceGenImporterV4.zip
https://files.frameforge.com/install/FaceGenImporterV4.cpack
https://files.frameforge.com/install/FrameForgeModelSet.zip
Install and select the model set in FaceGen according to its instructions
Unzip FaceGenImporterV4.zip into the FrameForge Program directory.
Launch FrameForge and install the cpack.
