You can select other hair in the green room if that's what you mean, or you can glue on stuff to make it more goofy....

how do i load it to FrameForge Application? i make a folder in Extras and put it their as clown but wheni try to open it in frameforge keeps telling me missing/a man file . whats does it means? how can load it on frame forge?

We've updated him to make him compatible with Version 3 (He was a version 1 clown... and you know how THOSE guys are...) See the first post for the new links labeled Version 3.
