I think you guys will like this one. It's a simple magazine/newspaper stand. I only needed to take shots from the outside, so the inside is bare.
The way I use it is like this:
Create a simple street scene with a building and a road. Put the newsstand up against the building with enough room left so the newsvendor can get in. Now build a simple awning by stetching out the wedge building block until it is big enough to cover the newsstand. Then just elevate it to the correct height and attach it to the building. Simple, but gets the job done.

This is awesome. I love having things like this just to add to storyboards to give them more life even if I don't necessarily need them in the shot.
