I wanted to download this curtain file but a message comes up saying that I am not authorized to view or download the file? What am I doing wrong? Is there a fee or something that I have missed somewhere? Please advise. Reed

It means you weren't logged in when you tried. Make sure you're a registered user and are logged in and try again. I just checked and it worked for me.
