Looks great, but you need to post the .AZP file (as it is the head) , not a .U3D file as it just references the actually head.

You'd just need to re-export her with a larger scale on the head -- I think it's supposed to be 1.1 but it's in the FrameForge/FaceGen documentation

I put her on a crash diet overnight and this morning she looks like she's lost a couple of stone.

Exporting her head as 1.15 from Facegen may have accelerated the weight loss.
