I think you need to be more specific as to what you're asking for... I don't know what a flyover is, at least in the context of an object.

He might mean a simple "small" piece of geometry that represents a large patch of landspace.
example: New York City

I actually asked for overbridges like the one in the image. above the road for bus, car also for pedestrians.
