All I see is a few strips of flooring. Is that all there is to this set at this point?

That's because you're looking down from the top. If you open it up you'll see there is a tube with rows of seats in them roughly mimicking the inside of a fuselage.

You can go to 3d Warehouse and download an entire plane with interiors. There's several, then import the sketchup plane into your set. They're nice.
