Hands In Pockets

This looks like a great pose. I've imported it, but I can't get it to show up in my list of available poses for male actors. I've removed the jacket. Do I need special pants with pockets or a specific relationship or object collection state?

I'd really appreciate it if somebody could tell me how I can apply this pose.

I'm on Windows.
