2 synchronized Macs

I have FrameForge 4 installed in my iMac and in my Macbook. I need them to be 100% synchronized (documents, files, scripts, everything) so I can leave home and continue to work with my laptop at the hotel at the point I left it in me home iMac. How can I do that?
