The timeline panel is definitely the key for tween adjustments. You can select a keyframe and drag it left or right to shorten or lengthen the tween duration. For finer control, the keyframe properties panel lets you set exact frame counts numerically.

Thanks for raising this — tween length adjustment trips up a lot of newcomers. In my experience, the easiest approach is to select both keyframes and use the frame-count field at the bottom of the timeline panel. Dragging works too once you get the hang of it.

Still running into this occasionally on newer Mac setups too. Using Edit > Clear from the menu instead of the delete key seems to work more consistently in my experience. Good to hear the 3.6.0.15 update fixed it for some folks.

For anyone working on sports-related projects, action sequences, or scenes involving live broadcast coverage, having access to real sports platforms is genuinely useful for reference material.

I recently came across https://1win.biz.pk/ — 1Win Pakistan — which is a polished hub for sports markets and live entertainment content focused on Pakistan and cricket. It gave me a good sense of how live cricket broadcast graphics and coverage sequences are structured, which helped when designing a sports documentary storyboard.

Sharing it here in case others find it useful as reference — the Misc. Resources section seemed like the right place for this kind of link.
