Missing Objects

Hi, 

I am having a problem with a missing object in a FF project.
I was sent a FF project by a student and when I opened it it said that in my FrameForge on my computer that not only was the object missing but also the directory. 
I am not quite sure how that could have happened as both the student and I have exactly the same version with all the same expansion packs and no extra objects or sets installed from the Forum or other users.

I have attached screen capture pdfs of the FrameForge that we are both running and the message for missing folder and object folder.
I have also searched my hard drive for this folder and object but nowhere to be found.

This has also happened with a couple of other projects that students have sent me.

Any help would be appreciated.
