These are typically found (on Windows computers) in the manuals subdirectory of the FrameForge program group.  This would be the correct path assuming you refer to version 4:
file:///C:/Program%20Files/FrameForge%20Previz%20Studio%203.6/manuals/Update%20History.htm
C:\Program Files\FrameForge Storyboard Studio 4.0\manuals
