You're using the PC edition of FrameForge then, yes? Version 4.0.3 build 6 is the latest for the PC edition and as of yesterday, version 4.0.4.11 is the latest version of the Mac edition.Â
Yes, there is a method for getting around the scenario you find yourself in. Hold down the left side Alt key on your keyboard and launch FrameForge. You need to keep pressing the Alt key down, do not release it yet. The program will likely show you this message first:

Maintain hold on the Alt key and click the Continue Using Hardware Acceleration button. Don't release the Alt key yet. You should see this message next:

You can release the Alt key now. Click Yes to load FrameForge normally without loading the timed backup.
