Hello Chris.
This was the heading to the bouncing mail.
I don´t know if it is your server or mine the one that is giving the error. Maybe yo can understand this.

521 Our system detected spam or links in a DNS blocklist [RCVD_IN_INVSIP,RCVD_IN_INVSIP24]. This message has been blocked.
As for the support issue , i´ll resend it from my gmail to both of your addresses.
