Yes the address is correct: <!-- e --><a href="mailtoConfusedupport@frameforge3d.com">support@frameforge3d.com</a><!-- e -->
De- and Reinstallation of Frameforge Previz is a little bit tricky. I also had to reinstall Frameforge or had to transfer it to a new PC. In my cases the support team was very helpful and friendly and solved all activation problems. Hmmm I think you should send an Email again.

I am Vienna based, so the time shift is a thing to consider to reach the support team. I think Lima is also a complete different time zone...
