Problems with serial number

I haven't received an email from you since March 16th of this year. I've checked my SPAM directories and no email from was hiding there. I took a look at the SPAM filters to be sure your email address wasn't flagged or weighted and everything looks and everything looks fine from that perspective. You mentioned that the email you sent "bounced" and by that you mean it was returned to you with a message stating that somewhere along the way, a relay or mail server had a bad day and rejected sending your email any further. I do not think a problem exists on our end. I have been receiving emails regularly all day, all week and the test I ran just now show that everything is up and running as it should.
