Problems with serial number

I sent an email to <!-- e --><a href="mailtoConfusedupport@frameforge3d.com">support@frameforge3d.com</a><!-- e -->
regarding an issue with my serial number when reinstalling the software.
The e mail address seems not to be working.
Can you confirm this??
Or tell me what is the actual support e mail address ??

Yes the address is correct: <!-- e --><a href="mailtoConfusedupport@frameforge3d.com">support@frameforge3d.com</a><!-- e -->
De- and Reinstallation of Frameforge Previz is a little bit tricky. I also had to reinstall Frameforge or had to transfer it to a new PC. In my cases the support team was very helpful and friendly and solved all activation problems. Hmmm I think you should send an Email again.

I am Vienna based, so the time shift is a thing to consider to reach the support team. I think Lima is also a complete different time zone...

Thanks Werter for your Interest.
I sent my e mail to that address and it bounced.
The time zone between Lima and LA is about 2 hours.

My problem is that i had one serial number and someday they changed it to me.
Two of my computers have the new serial number.
My third computer still has the old SN. It works but doesn`t allow me to update it.
When i try to re install it with the new SN, it says that this is invalid.

I haven't received an email from you since March 16th of this year. I've checked my SPAM directories and no email from was hiding there. I took a look at the SPAM filters to be sure your email address wasn't flagged or weighted and everything looks and everything looks fine from that perspective. You mentioned that the email you sent "bounced" and by that you mean it was returned to you with a message stating that somewhere along the way, a relay or mail server had a bad day and rejected sending your email any further. I do not think a problem exists on our end. I have been receiving emails regularly all day, all week and the test I ran just now show that everything is up and running as it should.

Since this is in regards to your serial number and is likely sensitive in nature, its best if we communicate outside of the forums. Feel free to email me again at support at frameforge3d dot com or you can also email me directly by sending email to chris at frameforge3d dot com.

Hello Chris.
This was the heading to the bouncing mail.
I don´t know if it is your server or mine the one that is giving the error. Maybe yo can understand this.

As for the support issue , i´ll resend it from my gmail to both of your addresses.
