There is a bus in the Vehicles folder you should be able to use and change the color. As for the basketball uniforms, clothes are very difficult, but you can dress the guys in shorts and tanks. The gym is a big job, and to be fair, I'd have to charge for that as I have done for other locations I have built. And finally, I do have a cheerleader that I am making some modifications to that I will post for you shortly.
