Meat Hook Relationship

OK, amended relationship for use with standard FrameForge actors.

Ok here is my attempt at the meathook relationship. I made it from scratch in Free Positioning mode. The interesting thing I found out is that it appears to only work with the actual actor I used, which in this case is the Bald bad Guy. I though the relations would work across all the male actors. Something else for me to look into.

Let me know if this works for everybody but me.
