cant download

i use a mac and for some reason the.uzp files do not download properly. what am i doing wrong and what can i do to correct this

Could you be a little more explicit about exactly what is going wrong for you, and what web browser you are using? If your web browser is changing the name from something.uzp to something.zip or the like, just change it back.

i see the .uzp file but its not in the right format to open. i download through safari - ive downloaded b4 but the file was .dmg - so how do i convert the file into the right format. again i use a mac.

It sounds like you are double-clicking the .uzp file, which is not the right way to import it into FrameForge. Instead, drag it and drop it into the appropriate category in the object library list.

Here's a screen shot midway through the process of dragging a .uzp file and dropping it into the User Objects category.
