SketchUp objects freeze and crash

I open it in sketchup and save is as a sketchup 7 model.

Is that conversion step necessary? The SketchUp Warehouse has an option of downloading it as a sketchup 6 model. Which version did you download and convert?

I imported the sketchup 6 model into FrameForge, and it seems to work OK. It came in too big by a factor of 3 or so, but of course it can be scaled down.

I seem to be having trouble uploading here! It's been one of those days....

The forum software only allows posting of files with certain extensions.
