Expansion Pack Bundle - Reel Faces with Costume

I purchased the whole expansion pack bundle. How do I use a "Real face" on a World Clothing character?

There is a function you can find under the Tools menu labelled "Assign Custom Head to Costume". Clicking this brings up a menu that allows you to choose a an actor's head from the inventory and place it on another actor objects body.
