Export storyboards with all data in pdf
#1
Hi,

How can I export my storyboards in a nice document?
I only see options to export the images or the data, but not an option to export a document that contains all?

hi davidanthony

there are several options:

- Open the Shot Manager
- select Print
- select a PDF printer driver

- it is also possible to generate HTML documents with the "export - to images" function, there you have to select your HTML preferences in the top right field

It'd be the most convenient option to save the document as a PDF file from the "Print" menu. Well, despite the fact it would not be displayed correctly if speaking of a large document with multiple storylines. In such a case you should fix the rotation (vast issues are connected with corrupted rotation) and scaling objects manually with an editor like this one https://form-cd-401s.pdffiller.com/ Such hit-or-miss solution, I know, but yet wrong output is still the most common issue with PDF documents exported from different extension, so

The Print Storyboards option really does provide the greatest level of details in terms of what is printed and how it looks when printed.
