Clothing assignment oddity

I was using the first Caucasian actor under Medical, Women/Surgeons, and in the Green Room under the colors/textures/state tab the option for Shoes changes both the shoes and the gown. And the option for Gown actually changes the pants.

Also, am I correct that there is no option with this actor to remove the booties? That would make sense since they are a surgeon, but I wanted to check.
